How to Get Tech Support Effective March 14, please contact the ITS Service Desk for tech support using one of the following methods:

  • Visit tech.calpoly.edu and click "Support" in the main menu to get to Support Center, then create a tech support request
  • Log in to My Cal Poly Portal and click on "Tech Support" under My Apps to get to Support Center, then create a tech support request
  • Call Service Desk directly at 805-756-7000
